Word of the Week: Victoria Day

by Cammy on May 11, 2009

This coming weekend is the Victoria Day long weekend. To me, it marks the beginning of the spring/summer season. The grass is green, the weather is warm, the birds are nesting, flowers are blooming, and it’s time to plant your garden. Best of all, the days are longer in the northern hemisphere.

Ahhh… life is good.

Here is what I found at flickr:

I will be taking some spring shots on Victoria Day, but I couldn’t leave you with nothing. When I think Victoria Day, I think spring. When I think spring, I think birds. Click here to download.

How do you do those flickr collages? I can never figure out how besides a complete manual process.
